AI Mastery Academy is owned and operated by AI Compass BV, VAT BE0804187804, registered at Jules Bordestraat 22 / B2, 2018 Antwerpen, Belgium.

1. About AI Mastery Academy

AI Mastery Academy is an independent online education program by AI Compass BV. The program provides access to AI training modules, practical workflows, templates, exercises, course updates, and related learning materials.

The course is delivered online through Kajabi and may include third-party tools or platforms as examples for educational purposes.

AI Mastery Academy is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by any government body, public official, university, AI platform, or third-party brand mentioned on the website or inside the course.

2. Your Account

To access free or paid course content, you may need to create an account using accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must not share your account access with others, resell access, or use the course content in a way that violates these Terms.

3. Free Access

AI Mastery Academy may offer limited free access to selected course content, such as Module 1. Free access does not require a credit card and does not create automatic billing.

Free access may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

4. Paid Products, Pricing, and Payment

Paid offers may include one-time purchases, subscriptions, or other payment plans. Prices, billing terms, and access details are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed through the AI Mastery Academy checkout and its payment providers. By purchasing, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout and to provide accurate billing information.

For recurring subscriptions, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel according to the subscription terms shown at checkout.

5. Subscription Cancellation

If you purchase a monthly subscription, you may cancel it according to the cancellation options available in your account or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future recurring billing. Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Refunds

Refund terms depend on the offer purchased. Core Academy currently includes a 7-day refund period. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime to stop future billing.

7. Course Access and Availability

We aim to keep course access available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, platform issues, technical problems, or third-party service outages.

We may update, improve, add, remove, or reorganize course content over time.

8. Educational Use Only

AI Mastery Academy provides educational content. The course does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, employment, or professional advice.

You are responsible for how you apply the training, tools, prompts, templates, and workflows in your own work or business.

9. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, frameworks, templates, prompts, exercises, text, images, designs, and materials are owned by AI Compass BV or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access and use the course materials for your own learning and internal work purposes.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, license, or create competing products from the course materials without written permission from AI Compass BV.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, checkout, course platform, community, or course materials. This includes but is not limited to:

  • sharing login credentials or giving unauthorized access to others;
  • copying or redistributing course materials;
  • using the materials for unlawful, misleading, harmful, or abusive purposes;
  • attempting to disrupt, hack, scrape, or interfere with the website or course platform;
  • misrepresenting your relationship with AI Mastery Academy or AI Compass BV.

The course may mention or demonstrate third-party tools, AI platforms, software, brands, or services. These references are for educational purposes only.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms, their pricing, availability, policies, outputs, data handling, or changes to their services.

We do not guarantee specific business, career, income, productivity, or performance results. Your results depend on many factors, including your background, effort, implementation, tools, market, and professional context.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Compass BV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, course, materials, or related services.
