This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and subscription billing work for AI Mastery Academy.

AI Mastery Academy is owned and operated by AI Compass BV, VAT BE0804187804, registered at Jules Bordestraat 22 / B2, 2018 Antwerpen, Belgium.

1. Overview

AI Mastery Academy offers free and paid access to online AI education content, including course modules, templates, exercises, practical workflows, community access, and related learning materials.

Refund and cancellation terms depend on the specific offer purchased. The checkout page shows the applicable price, billing model, and payment terms before you complete your purchase.

2. Free Module 1

Free Module 1 is free of charge and does not require a credit card.

There is no automatic billing from the free access path. If you only register for Free Module 1, you will not be charged unless you later choose to upgrade to a paid offer.

3. Core Academy One-Time Purchase

Core Academy is currently offered as a one-time payment of 7,900 EGP, unless a different price or promotion is shown at checkout.

Core Academy includes a 7-day refund period. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support at support@aicompass.ai.

Refund requests received after the 7-day refund period may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Monthly Subscription

The Monthly Subscription is currently offered as a recurring subscription of 990 EGP per month, unless a different price or promotion is shown at checkout.

You may cancel your Monthly Subscription anytime to stop future billing.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Access may continue until the end of your current paid billing period, unless stated otherwise at checkout or in your account.

Monthly subscription payments already charged are generally not refundable, except where required by applicable law or where AI Compass BV chooses to make an exception at its discretion.

5. Promotional Discounts and Coupons

From time to time, AI Mastery Academy may offer promotional discounts, coupons, or private upgrade offers.

Promotional pricing applies only when the coupon or discount is valid and successfully applied at checkout.

If you purchase without applying a coupon, we may not be able to apply the discount retroactively.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@aicompass.ai and include:

  • Your full name;
  • The email address used for purchase;
  • The offer purchased;
  • The purchase date;
  • A short explanation of your request.

We may ask for additional information to verify your purchase and process your request.

7. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, we will process it using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, and checkout system. It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

8. Access After Refund

If a refund is approved, your access to the paid course, paid modules, templates, community, or related paid materials may be removed.

You may continue to have access to any free content that remains available to free learners.

9. Duplicate Purchases or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, or experienced a billing error, contact us as soon as possible at support@aicompass.ai.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct the billing error or process a refund.

10. Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly.

Opening a chargeback without contacting support may delay resolution and may result in account access being paused while the dispute is reviewed.

11. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the latest version applies.

The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase generally applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law.
